Hijab Care:

• Hand Wash Recommended: It's recommended to hand wash ultrafine voal hijabs with cold or low-temperature water. Avoid washing with hot water to prevent damage to the voal fibers.
• Use Gentle Detergent: Use a mild detergent or a special detergent for delicate fabrics. Avoid using bleach or detergents containing harsh chemicals.
• Do Not Soak Too Long: Avoid soaking the hijab for too long in soapy water or other cleaning agents to prevent discoloration or material damage.
• Dry Carefully: Dry the hijab in a shaded area or inside out to avoid direct sunlight exposure, which can cause colors to fade or the material to become rough.
• Iron at Low Temperature: If ironing is necessary, do so at a low temperature and make sure to iron the hijab from the reverse side or use a pressing cloth to protect the voal material.

Return Policy:

• We only accept return complaints caused by product defects.
• Return complaints are accepted if there's an UNBOXING VIDEO (a video from when the package was still neatly wrapped).
• Without an unboxing video, we won't accept complaints for any reason, as products are quality-checked before shipping.
• The maximum period for reporting damage is 1 x 24 hours after the item arrives at its destination (according to the tracking receipt).
• Items approved for return must be shipped back a maximum of 2 days after the report is made.
